He was very professional on the phone and via text and happily answered any and all of my questions. He and Corey came to do the installation on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. Upon their arrival we went down to the basement and they included me in the planning of the routes they would take with the piping to accommodate my needs. Within a few hours they had completed the work, took the time to explain everything to me, and cleaned up very well after themselves. Corey even picked up some salt for me while on a run to home hardware for some parts they needed for the job - I really appreciated that! For the price, the quality of equipment and labour is exceptional. The warranty is also better than a lot of other companies at this price point.
