Needed to get a cooking gas range installed. Kristian gave a pretty reasonable quote by paying an initial visit. Dillon and Eduardo came during the booked appointment and finished the job pretty well. Definitely recommended!
These guys lived up to their name, as I called them on Christmas Eve after my furnace broke suddenly. They had 2 guys over, Eduardo and Dillan, over in a couple of hours and started work right away. They went above and beyond -- replacing all my sheet metal, throwing in a new humidifier and thermostat. The work was done professionally and they were incredibly nice people. The owner, Kristian, helped me with multiple payment/financing options and was a breeze to deal with. These things can be tricky and once you find a company you can trust, stick with them.
I was very impressed with Kristian and his team. A new water softener was installed in my home quickly after an inquiry. I felt as though all my questions and concerns were answered honestly.I definitely recommend.

I bought a new furnace from 365 Heating. Kristian (owner) and his team were wonderful to work with. And I cannot say enough good things about Kristian, who has been so patient with my never-ending texts. They were extremely flexible to accommodate my schedule. They arrived promptly and did a good job installing a new furnace. I would definitely work with them again.

Mike came out and did an assessment on the same day I called saying we had no heat! Completed a thorough assessment, costed everything out and booked my new furnace installation at a competitive price and in a timely manner. We had an issue with our Lennox unit, called and they dispatched a tech out quickly.Alex attended and he was knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. Explained what he did and how he fixed the issue. He recorded the serial numbers for any future warranty work and explained things to do to extend the life of the unit. He was a pleasure to work with.I would use 365 again, from the initial call they were friendly and the tech was very helpful. The biggest thing is trustworthy, as it's easy to get into costly repairs with these things.Thank you guys for your help!
Our A/C stopped working and they were able to come out on the same day to assess the situation. Got a new AC installed and the team (Dillan & Eduardo) were very professional in getting the job done. 👍
Excellent service and workmanship. They took away my old furnace and water heater and replaced my humidifier no charge . Would recommend them . Now I have heat and hot water again.
365 Heating and Cooling’s service is exceptional. They offered very professional service from my first call to the service call. Alex was very pleasant and polite, offering his opinion re our pool heater, showed us photos of the damage, and a great explanation of what caused the failure. I will definitely be calling them back to install a new heater in the spring.

I am extremely happy that we went with a full central air (ducts, A/C and furnace) install.During the initial quote phase, his team was knowledgeable, explained the process well and worked with me to understand what the desired outcome for the project was.The quote itself was reasonable and competitive with others. Kristian took calls with me before creating the work order, and walked me through the itemized quote that way everything was properly understood before the work began.The professionalism of the install is what has cemented my commitment to continue to work with this team.Each day, the techs arrived promptly (or communicated a delay), were extremely friendly, installed the system with as little intrusion to the existing framework of the house as possible and explained everything afterwards.It is evident that they are committed to hard work and have a high degree of pride in their work.I would highly recommend 365.

Kristian was personable and professional. Supplied and installed a furnace and air conditioner that is perfectly matched to our home's size and need. Great service and product.Most definitely consider using them for all your heating and cooling needs.
When Kristian the President arrived to check out what needed to be done, he promised that he would take care of us. He did not over-promise to make the sale and treated the process ethically. He explained he had other clients that were in the decision-making process that would be ahead of me and that might mean he couldn’t get us done on Saturday morning of the August long weekend. The next day he confirmed he couldn’t do our place until Tuesday morning, and he sprung into action. He provided us with ample temp a/c units to cool the house so that it was liveable until the install.On Tuesday, his install professionals – Dillan, Eduardo and Chris – arrived and began the process of removing and setting up the new units. They were thorough, patient (with our dog and our questions) and did an amazing job with replacing the furnace and a/c. They illustrated the many shortcomings from the previous install which lead to its early failure. They spent their time doing the job well and it showed.Our 365 Heating and Cooling experience was amazing. My wife and I will serve as advocates for this company. They are reasonably priced and as mentioned, have great service.Thank you Kristian and team!

I was very impressed with the service I received from 365 Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. They were very professional and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I received a written quote within an hour of their first visit and was able to accept it online.Today Chris, Dillan, and Eduardo ran a gas line for my new gas oven and hooked it up. They were efficient, their work was neat and tidy, and they even cleaned up after themselves. 🙂I appreciated the time they took to do a walkthrough after they were done and answer any questions that I had.
