Tremendous service. We had a furnace failure emergency. Beginning of December 2025, of course it was the coldest week to that point. Kristian and his team were great. We had gotten a price about 10 months ealier because I suspected the furnace, although working fine, was getting close to the end at 20+ years. He honoured that price and realizing the situation scheduled the installation within 24 hours. The install team were fantastic, clean removal and installation. They were fun guys singing some tunes and enjoying the day while still doing a professional job, can't ask for more.
After the installation we had a couple questions about the furnace, hepa filter and new wifi thermostat. We received an immediate response to our questions and all was good.
I waited for about 6 weeks before writing this to make sure, at least in the short term, everything was working well and there were no issues. The American Standard furnace is quiet and works great for our home.

We had a great experience with 365 Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. Our central air stopped working June 22, during the intense heat spell that covered the region. When we called 365 on June 23, they were able to come out the same day and had us cool and happy within an hour. They were very thorough, fixing the wiring in our Nest thermostat, furnace and central air unit itself. Would thoroughly recommend and will call in the future. Thank you!

Had our toilet clogged at our workplace. Our manager tried everything he could and nothing worked. We asked 365 If they could take a look for us, and within 10 minutes the problem was fully resolved. Our heating system was not working. We called this company and they were here within 4 hours. The technician was very patient and explained what he was doing and why. We signed up for the yearly maintenance program. Looking forward to a new great relationship! I will keep you posted !!
Had a great experience with one of their techs fixing our AC. Thought it was going to be toast after another company told us we'd likely need a replacement. Got a second opinion and they fixed it by replacing the capacitor. Knowledgable techs and honest work. Will be using them for all heating/cooling/plumbing needs in the future.
